How To Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by going to the subscriptions page (Settings menu -> Subscription) and clicking the Cancel Subscription button. If you are in your free trial when you do this that will stop everything immediately. If you are paid at the time of doing that it will set your subscription to not renew.How To Suspend
You can suspend everything (regardless of what you do with the subscription) by going to the stores area (Settings Menu -> Store Settings) and disabling the store (and optionally stopping the emailing).If you just stop mails we will continue to pull data but send nothing out.
Removing Zonmaster from your Amazon Account
From the Amazon side you can remove our permissions on the Seller Central permissions page.
