"Stop on Review" means that you can choose to NOT send the template to someone who matches the thing chosen.


  • "Stop on Any Reviews" - don't send the email if the customer has already left a review of any kind for this order
  • "Stop if returned" - don't send the email if the customer has already returned the order
  • "Stop if refunded" - don't send the email if the customer already asked for a refund
  • "Stop on (some star) or below" - don't send the email if the customer has already left a review with a star rating equal to or less than the value
  • "Stop on (some star) or above" - don't send the email if the customer has already left a review with a star rating equal to or more than the value
  • "Stop on any seller feedback" - don't send the email if the customer has already left any seller feedback for the order
  • "Order Used promotion" - don't send the email if the customer bought the order using some sort of promo
  • "Stop on any negative feedback" - don't send the email if the customer has already left negative seller feedback for the order
  • "Stop on any seller feedback" - don't send the email if the customer has already left positive seller feedback for the order


You can choose multiple items from the drop down, but be aware of the "or below" and "or above". So if you choose "Stop on 4 star review or below" you DON'T need to choose "Stop on 3 star or below" etc.
