What is the function of the "send from" email address is in Zonmaster? Can it be customized or different per item or brand?

These are questions we get fairly often.


So let's explain what the "send from" address that you give Zonmaster is used for.


This is used for us to send emails to Amazon on your behalf. Amazon then sends the emails to the customers. So, the customer will never see the email address you give us. It is "internal". The customer sees your Amazon Merchant email address (a jumble of letters and numbers @ amazon.com).


This is why the email address HAS TO BE an "authorized" email address in each marketplace you sell on in Amazon.


Note that important distinction - each marketplace you sell on (eg Mexico, Canada, France, Italy, etc etc) - can have a different list of authorized email addresses in your Amazon Seller Central. So make sure that the email address you give us is in all marketplaces.
